I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

  1. Is cursor issue confined to Chrome or you are facing issue everywhere?
  2. Have you check the issue in Internet Explorer? Was the result same?
  3. Are all the device drivers updated?

If you have not check the issue in Internet Explorer then please try to check in Internet Explorer and check the status.

In addition to that I would suggest you to update the drivers of Mice and touchpads from the link provided below.
