This error related to Internet Explorer could occur due to third party extensions on the computer. Mshtml.dll is a Windows system files.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to check if the issue still persists in safe mode with networking. Follow the steps:

Check if Internet Explorer crashes. If not, proceed to the next step.


Step 2:
