It looks like was set as the home page in Firefox.  Here is a website with a good instructions on how to set the home page you would prefer:  Set your home page in Firefox.

You can uninstall MSN as a windows component like Andrew said, but it’s not necessary if all you want to do is change your homepage.  If Firefox is the only browser you use once you change the home page you probably won’t see MSN again.
