a)      Click on Start


b)      Now Select Run


c)       Type” Regedit” and press Enter


d)      In the Registry Editor Navigate To


On The Right Pane Delete IconStreams And PastIconsStream

Now Open Task Manager


e)      Go To Process Tab


f)       Right Click On Explorer.exe And Click End Process


g)      In Task Manager Go To File New Task


h)      In the Run Window Type explorer.exe  and hit Enter
